Tales of Mala
About
I am Mariyamma Vakkachen, and it is my pleasure to welcome you to Mala—a small, peaceful village where our home rests beside lush green fields. My late husband, Vakkachen, was a passionate planter who cultivated pepper, mangosteen, nutmeg, and many other exotic trees across our property. His love for nature has shaped the serene surroundings you see today.
I now continue to care for this home, preparing traditional Kerala dishes and offering guests an experience rooted in nature, simplicity, and warmth. I hope your stay here brings you peace and beautiful memories.
